Anoop Kumar - Managing Director
Mr. Anoop Kumar is one of the promoter of Clarks Group Of Hotels. Graduated from Austria in Hotel Management, Kumar has attended several courses from Cornell University and his experience and background spans across the hospitality business for more than two decades having an in depth knowledge of bringing a hotel to life from scratch.




S. N. Srivastava - Vice President
Law Graduate from Lucknow University and also having PG Diploma in Travel Tourism from Institute of Tourism, Gwalior, has been working with Clarks Group of Hotels for around three decades in various capacities. He has been part of the opening team of the company ever since the concept of taking over the hotels on management basis. He oversees the finance and administration of the Group and also the groups development plans.



Rahul Banerjee - General Manager (Operations)
A Hotel Management Graduate with about 13 years of experience with renowned Hotel Groups such as The Leela, ITC Welcome Group and Gemini Continental. Prior to the present position, Rahul was associated with the Group as the Unit Head for Clarks Inn Hubli. Due to his excellent record, Rahul has taken over the responsibility of over – looking the hotel operations of the entire group.



Nihit Srivastava - General Manager (North)
A Hotel Management Graduate from Educational Institute of American Hotel & Lodging Association, Nihit has over 13 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. His previous stints were with reputed Groups such as The Taj, The Oberoi’s, Clarks, Hyatt Regency and RKHS.
Nihit was associated with the group as General Manager of Pacific Mall property (NCR-Delhi), due to his excellent record Nihit has taken over a responsibility of seeing the profitability of Hotels of the Group in North India.


Sanjay Jain – General Manager (Business Development)
A Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism Studies with over 28 years of experience in various Hospitality Companies such as Hyatt Regency, Club Med, Stayxs.com (a Travel Portal), Savoy Suites and Country Inn & Suites. With awide network of contacts he will be overseeing the Business Development of the Group.




Shambhu Kumar – Finance Controller
Shambhu has got varied experience in diverse industries for more than 08 years. He has got a very rich exposure in companies such as LB Jha Associates, Cognizant Business Solutions, JK Technosoft and Hindustan Coca Cola.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Shambhu Kumar is responsible for the Group’s corporate Finance and Accounting Division.


Sandeep Roy – Head (HR and Training)
A Hotel Management Graduate with immense experience in various facets of hospitality industry which includes handling 02 hotels as General Manager and work experience with reputed chains of hotels such as ITC Welcome Group, Sarovar Hotels, Dolphin Hotels, in addition to being involved in Training and Recruitment for various organizations like Wipro, GE, Indigo Airlines, etc.

Sandeep is in – charge of managing the Group’s Human Resource and Training needs.


Dheeraj Kumar - Manager (Sales)
A Post Graduate from Delhi University having about a decade of experience in various online & offline travel companies and hotels. He has worked with Travel Companies such as Sita, Fareportal, Yatra.com, Magic rooms and Aveda Hotels and Resorts. Dheeraj is now responsible for sales and marketing of entire group.




Anurag Dhingra - Manager (Revenue)
A Hotel Management graduate having about a decade of experience in Front Office Operations and Room Reservations Management. His previous assignments were with reputed hotel brands such as Trident, Eros by Hilton and Country Inn & Suites by Carlson. Anurag is now looking after Revenue Management and GDS & Online Travel Agents Reservations of the entiregroup.
